Before I started taking anything, I checked how omega-3 oils actually differ from each other. It turned out to be a lot more than I thought.
Most "omega-3" labels state the total amount of fish oil, not the amount of active EPA and DHA - that was the first thing I noticed. Second - freshness. Fish oil oxidises easily, and that oxidation is exactly what causes the fishy aftertaste and lower quality.
I've been using this for about a year and a half now - and recently I also added the microcirculation device, morning and evening. I've genuinely noticed a real difference in my energy and wellbeing - my test result (below) confirms it. I can't tell you exactly what's responsible for what - I'm only telling you what I've actually noticed in myself.
My result - a finger-prick blood test, not a guess
This is the result of a finger-prick blood test (omegaratiotest.com) - a self-assessment test for information purposes only, not for diagnosis or treatment. The result is affected by your whole diet, not just one supplement - this is a single measurement in a single person, not proof it works for everyone.
Want to check your own index? You can buy the test on its own, or as part of an omega-3 course (1 or 2 tests) - everything is on my Eqology page →Write to me the word OMEGA - I'll tell you exactly which variant I take and why I chose it.
I answer personally, usually the same day.
See Pure Arctic Oil on my Eqology page Would you rather ask me directly what exactly I take? →You don't have to decide on everything right away. You can start with the test, try one of the products, or just message me and ask what would suit you - I answer personally and I'll tell you honestly if something doesn't make sense for you.
There's also a way to pay less: by signing up as a customer (not as a business partner) through this link, you get access to Eqology's full range and current promotions - and friends you refer can even get your product cost refunded.
And if you'd also like to support your microcirculation - check out what I write about BEMER →.
This is my own experience and what I checked myself - not medical advice. Dietary supplements are not medicines and have no therapeutic properties. If you take prescription medication or have health concerns - consult a doctor before supplementing.
I'll send you my test result and a link to check your own index - no spam, unsubscribe with one click whenever you want.

In October 2024 a friend recommended the Omega-3 oil from the Norwegian company Eqology. I looked into the product, the production process and the quality - and most importantly, before I started taking it, I did a finger-prick blood test: how much omega-3 I have in my blood (the omega-3 index) and what the balance is between omega-6 and omega-3. After 6 months of taking the oil I repeated the tests, as Eqology recommends.
I also took part in many webinars about how a correct omega index and balance affect how the body functions. My impressions are very positive, so I can honestly recommend Eqology's Omega-3 oil.
